Job Description


The Apprentice Service Desk Engineer will provide 2nd line end user support across the business with a strong focus on customer services. They will focus on resolving Incidents whilst keeping the customer informed at all times, and within agreed Service Level Agreements. You will be providing hardware, software, network, problem diagnosis, resolution via telephone, email and chat for customer’s end users.

Duration: 18 Months

Working hours: Monday – Friday; Shifts: 08:00am – 4:30pm or 09:30am – 6:30pm
